Kris Humphries Wants To Know How Much Cash They Made

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries were only married for a mere 72 days, but this divorce situation is going to take much, much longer. And it’s getting uglier. New reports say Humphries is coming after Kim hard, demanding in court to know how much money they made while they were married.
If Kris Humphries had to get his attorneys to legally force Kim K to reveal details about their marital earnings, yes, things are very bad. What this probably means is that any hope of out-of-court negotiations is dead in the water. From here on out, it’s lawyers and courts only.
Sex tape star’s mom (and manager), Kris Jenner, claims that Kim made absolutely no money off the elaborate, multimillion dollar wedding (and the E! special about it). Kris Humphries doesn’t buy that.
According to TMZ, Kris is demanding that the court make Kim “deal with him in good faith.” In legal speak, that means she needs to fess up and be 100 percent honest about everything, including how much cash they made while they were man and wife. TMZ quotes Humphries’ attorney, in official legal documents, as saying, “A spouse may not make a gift of community personal property, or dispose of community personal property for less than fair and reasonable value, without the written consent of the other spouse.”
What exactly does this mean? It all goes back to the idea that Kris Humphries believes that Kim Kardashian isn’t being totally forthcoming about anything financial-related. It also suggests he’s upset about Kim supposedly returning all the couple’s wedding gifts, keeping the cash — and then donating that and more to charity without consulting Kris.
To sum it all up? Kris Humphries isn’t playing nice anymore, and the Kim Kardashian divorce is about to get seriously nasty!

After sex tape in 2007 Kim Kardashian is certainly no stranger to publicity, and last night’s interview on ‘The Tonight Show With Jay Leno’ was no exception. Fortunately, Jay Leno didn’t shy away from asking Kim K how things are going in the wake of her divorce from hubby of 72 days, Kris Humphries. Kim’s answers were frank and honest.
Kim Kardashian told Jay Leno that yes, it was really difficult to go through the split from Kris Humphries on television, but because the Kardashian family lives their lives on reality television, the decision to do it publicly was a good one. She says yes, the divorce is a tough thing to go through and she wasn’t entirely prepared for how “brutal” the media would be. Kim went on to say that she’s learned a lot of lessons from the terrible experience — lessons that she thinks changed her in a good way.
Why does Kim Kardashan think her marriage ended? Actually, Kim didn’t say — not exactly. All she’d say on the matter was that she “just felt like I had to end it and I’m OK with that decision.”
Interestingly enough, Kim briefly touches on the fact that some Kardashian family members weren’t entirely happy with her decision to marry Kris Humphries. She said in retrospect, sure, it’s easy to say “oh, that was a sign” that something was wrong. Hindsight is always 50/50, isn’t it? If someone believes they’re in love, what are the chances they’ll cut ties to their love just because a family member doesn’t think the relationship is a good idea? Kim didn’t, she made a terrible mistake and she’s apparently learning from it.
Good for Kim — discussing something so personal can’t always be easy, even for a Kardashian used to being on camera all the time!

On “Kim and Kourtney take New York”, Kim has literally burst into tears, telling about her recent divorce and about complexities of this decision. As it was expected later the sex video star had to defend and prove that it was real and not a farce.

Anyway, on Monday, Kim tried to bring the final line before the new start. In twitter the star has written: “I dyed my hair lighter yesterday! I’m loving it! New hair color = new beginnings for me. You like?” Also, she added photos with her new hair color. It is natural that, having million followers, the 31-year-old star has received the hugest quantity of positive answers:
